Boat Launch Sites (Open for Business!)
New York State Boat Launching Sites by County
Use of all boat launches for recreational boaters is permitted. To limit the community spread of COVID-19 please utilize social distancing as well as common sense when communicating with others.
Boat launching sites exist in virtually every county of New York State. The following pages provide information on publicly available boat launches separated out by county. For your convenience, the type of launch, driving directions and parking capacity are included for each site.

Scott Boat Launch – Located at the South End of Skaneateles Lake
Please note: There is a mandatory fee to use the boat launch. The charge is $5.00 per motorized watercraft and $3.00 per non-motorized water craft. There is a dropbox for the fee located next to the launch. Yearly permits can be purchased from the Town Clerk for $30.00 for residents and $75.00 for non-residents.
For those using GPS to find Fuller Park, use 7330 Glen Haven Road as the address.

Free Fishing Days
During Free Fishing Days/Weekends, anyone can fish the fresh waters of New York State and no fishing license is required! All other freshwater fishing regulations still apply.
